Problem Note 60887: The Compare Tables transformation lists identical records between two compared columns as changed records

The Compare Tables transformation in SAS® Data Integration Studio lists all the records from the columns being compared as changed records in the transformation output. This problem occurs when the selected source and corresponding comparison column names are not the same. You encounter this problem even when the records within the columns being compared are identical.
To work around this issue, rename one or both of the columns to be compared so that they have identical names.
